Shipping Policy

Chaldean Strong ships orders within the United States and internationally.

Processing Times

In-stock orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after an order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Certain products or variants may be available on a made-to-order or backorder basis after current inventory sells out. These orders may require additional processing time. When an order requires a longer fulfillment period, we will communicate the applicable timeframe when available.

Processing time is separate from the carrier’s shipping/transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer’s destination and available shipping options.

International Orders

We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Chaldean Strong.

International delivery times may also be affected by customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at blake@chaldeanstrong.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or you experience another fulfillment issue, contact blake@chaldeanstrong.com with your order information so we can review the situation.

Return & Refund Policy

We want customers to be satisfied with their Chaldean Strong purchase.

14-Day Return Period

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with any original tags or packaging that were included with the product

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered may not qualify for a return.

Starting a Return

Before sending an item back, contact blake@chaldeanstrong.com with your order information and reason for the return. Returns sent without first contacting us may experience delays in processing.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, including changes of mind or ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If Chaldean Strong sent an incorrect item or the product arrived defective or damaged, contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns unless required by applicable law or the return resulted from an error by Chaldean Strong.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Because certain items may become made-to-order after existing inventory sells out, replacement fulfillment times may vary.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. Customs charges, import duties, taxes, and similar fees generally are not refundable by Chaldean Strong.
